Dr. Isamar Lara was born in San Antonio, Tx. She was raised in Mexico City and San Antonio, Tx. She graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. 

Dr. Lara spends her time exploring the city with her husband and daughter. She has a Mini Fox Terrier named Cachito and two cats named Nala and Milo. 

Dr. Lara's interests include preventative medicine, internal medicine, and emergency medicine. She is excited about forming relationships with people, (including Spanish speaking community) and being a trusted resource during both joyous and difficult times.
